Hon. Robert Odihi is an accomplished energy lawyer, corporate advisor, and governance reform advocate with over 15 years of progressive legal experience in oil and gas law, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. As a Partner at Dele Oye & Associates, Robert has successfully advised clients on high-value projects in Nigeria’s energy sector, including major oil and gas infrastructure, pipeline projects, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance strategies.

A graduate of University of Ilorin (LL.B) and the Nigerian Law School, he holds an LL.M (in view) from Bingham University and is a member of several prestigious professional bodies, including the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NiCarb), BRIPAN, and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).

Robert’s career highlights include serving as Legal Counsel for Brightwaters Energy Ltd. in securing the contract for a 47.4km crude oil export pipeline (OML 18) and providing due diligence and legal advisory for projects like Bonga South-West Aparo, Lekki Gas Pipeline, and OML 310 Development Project.
