Hon. Dele Kelvin Oye is a distinguished legal practitioner, economic strategist, and visionary leader with over 35 years of professional experience in law, corporate governance, policy advocacy, and economic development. His career is marked by a steadfast commitment to reforms, trade facilitation, investment promotion, taxation policy, and youth & women empowerment — values that align perfectly with the mission of Alliance for Economic Research and Ethics Ltd/GTE.

As Chairman of the Organised Private Sector of Nigeria, Honorary Life Vice-President of NACCIMA, and Chairman of the Nigeria–Türkiye Business Council, Hon. Oye has been instrumental in shaping private-sector participation in Nigeria’s economic growth. He also serves on the boards of the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA) and the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), where he contributes to policy design, institutional governance, and national development.

A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University (LL.B) and the Nigerian Law School (B.L), Hon. Oye is a respected Ex-Bencher and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
