Dr. Weyinmi Eribo

Dr. Weyinmi Eribo is a Pan-African business leader, women’s economic empowerment expert, and Managing Partner of Zenforte Consulting — a mission-driven firm dedicated to advancing inclusive trade, financial inclusion, and enterprise growth across Africa.

She previously served as the pioneer Director General of the Women Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (WCCIMA), where she successfully shaped the chamber’s strategic vision, national advocacy agenda, and flagship programs for women entrepreneurs across Nigeria.

With over 15 years of multisectoral experience spanning oil and gas, international development, and impact investing, Dr. Eribo has collaborated with leading organizations such as Bank of Industry, LAPO Microfinance Bank, UNDP, KIT Royal Tropical Institute, and the USADF, delivering transformative programs that unlock opportunities for women- and youth-led enterprises.

She is the visionary behind ZenTrade and ZenCoop — proprietary platforms designed to expand market and finance access for African entrepreneurs, particularly under the AfCFTA framework and diaspora trade corridors.

Dr. Eribo holds an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration, is a Certified Management Consultant, Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Certified BDSP, and Certified Lead Auditor. She is also an Acumen West Africa Fellow, StartingBloc Social Innovation Fellow, Cherie Blair Foundation Alumna, and a World Bank and Orange Knowledge Programme Scholar.
